在消费时代，天空本身变幻莫测的特点以及我们对于天空的无穷无尽的幻想使其已然成为了一种具有无限可能性的符号。它既象征远离社会性的自然本质，又包含哲思。在skyward这组摄影作品中，天空这一重要元素贯穿。既回溯了历史模范式的宗教神秘性，又揭示了当下的物质关系。通过戏仿古典的图像和观念，用反讽的态度挪用过去的经典。其在风格、主题以及形式上极大的包容性体现了折中主义立场。
In the consumer era, the unpredictable nature of the sky itself and our endless fantasy of the sky have made it a symbol of unlimited possibilities.
