彭 敏 PengMin
1987年出生于江西，西安理工大学艺术与设计学院摄影专业教师。陕西省摄影家协会教育专委会委员、陕西高校摄影协会理事。2013年获大理国际影会“金翅奖”最佳新锐摄影师提名奖；2016年获“金驹杯”世界大学生摄影展金驹伯乐奖；2018年获第三届全国青年摄影大展“潜力摄影新人”；2018年获德国红点概念设计奖；2020年入选第九届陕西省艺术节；2020年获第五届丝路影像博览会青年摄影师专项扶持基金项目。作品先后在平遥摄影大展、大理国际影会、西安美术馆、西安崔振宽美术馆、西双版纳国际摄影展中展出。
2020年的特别新年，大街小巷冷冷清清没有了以往的熙熙攘攘，生活笼罩在一片静谧之中，仿佛被按下了时间的暂停键，平日里城市的喧嚣显得格外珍贵。突如其来的疫情让口罩一时间被大家热切关注，佩戴口罩不知不觉成为了生活中必不可少的一部分。赣江边低头玩手机的年轻人、携手的恋人、路边休憩的环卫工人或形色匆匆的路人，隔着口罩让人们少了一丝焦虑，呈现出异常安静的表情。共盼春来，期待疫情过去不戴口罩出门的日子。
The special New Year in 2020, the streets and alleys are deserted without the hustle and bustle of the past, and life is shrouded in silence, as if the pause button of time has been pressed, and the hustle and bustle of the city on weekdays is especially precious. The sudden epidemic caused masks to be eagerly paid attention to for a while, and wearing masks unknowingly became an essential part of life. Young people playing with mobile phones, lovers hand in hand, sanitation workers resting on the roadside, or passers-by in a hurry on the riverside of Ganjiang River. Masks make people less anxious and show unusually quiet expressions. I look forward to the coming of spring and look forward to the days when the epidemic will pass without a mask.
